Reunion in Bear Lake, Idaho

What a great reunion in such a beautiful place! We celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary in their stopping grounds! (Mom-Geneva, Dad-Georgetown)
Here was the beautiful view of the lake as we drove in from Logan canyon!
A typical car ride from our hotel in Paris to get Famous Bear Lake Raspberry Shakes (about 20 min.)
Patti and my big heads are hiding 3 other kids and G-ma, yes 8(in a 5 passenger car)! DA told us the law says as long as there is a person in every seat belt, you can throw in as many other people as you want to! Ok, your the driver :)
yummy!!(and 5 pounds gained)
Many fun games of volleyball!

Fun hikes up the canyon!

Bike rides, walks and the petting zoo in Paris, Idaho!

Hiking down into the ice caves, some even ice skated!!

Golfing in Montpelier!

Visiting Geneva, a second home to us kids when we were growing up as we visited G-ma and G-pa Sleight!
The schoolhouse
Pig snoot mountain (see the pig???)
And, of coarse, the Lake! Beautiful Bear Lake!

So we celebrated the 50 years our parents have had, a mile at a time and ended with a fun 5k race, (since the kids all stayed up past 3 in the morning...most of them were still snoozing while the responsible ones ran!!) They all joined us for the water ballon fight at the end! Great reunion, lots of food, laughter and memories to last a lifetime!
